About

Wouter Verweirder is a faculty member of HOWEST, where he teaches multimedia and web development. He is also owner of a company called “Happy Banana,” where he works on award-winning Flash platform projects.

Currently, he’s working on the Devine (Digital Design and Media) curriculum, a three-year creative bachelor course combining front- end development with design. Wouter makes sure the development track is up-to-date.

In his classes, students learn the basics of programming with Actionscript then advance to larger Flash and Flex projects. Hands-on experience is very important and his students get a lot of practical lab sessions as well as real world projects.

  • Hey Wouter!

I’ve been testing as3osceleton for a couple of days and I love it…I linked it to a IK skeleton in Flash and am playing with some games…have you ever tried getting the joints rotation? Is there such thing as a ready head rotation var, or I must figure it out using the coordinates of the neck and head?

    Thank you for as3osceleton!

    Best
